Our processing times are efficiently set at 3-5 business days, beginning the day after your order is received. You'll receive tracking numbers via email once your order has been processed, so you can easily monitor its journey. While most orders will ship within 1-3 business days, we want to set clear expectations by guaranteeing processing times of 3-5 business days. Return  Policy

​Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date; however, shipping charges are non-refundable. For a return to be accepted, products must be in their original packaging and tamper-proof, showing no signs of being broken or damaged. This policy ensures that all items maintain their quality and are suitable for resale. Thank you for your understanding! To initiate a return, please email us at support@potentdalor.com with your registered email address, shipping address, and order number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Remember to keep proof of postage and/or the return tracking number. Samples are excluded.

Damages

If your order arrives with any damage, we want to make the resolution process as smooth as possible. Please reach out to us at support@potentdalor.com as soon as you notice the issue. To expedite your claim, include your order number and clear photos of the damaged products, showing the condition of both the item(s) and the packaging. Our team is dedicated to promptly addressing your concerns and will work efficiently to arrange a replacement for the damaged item(s). Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours of your order placement. If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you in a timely manner. It’s important to note that once a shipping label is printed and the fulfillment process has started, we are unable to cancel the order. For orders that are successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, customers will be eligible for a full refund, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
